Stericell dry heat sterilizer
Dry heat sterilization refers to the use of high temperature dry hot air sterilization method. This method is suitable for the sterilization of high temperature resistant glass and metal products, grease (such as oily ointment preparation, injection oil, etc.) and high temperature resistant powder chemicals, but not suitable for the sterilization of rubber, plastics and most drugs. In the dry heat state, due to the poor heat penetration and the strong heat resistance of microorganisms, it must be exposed to high temperature for a long time to achieve the purpose of sterilization. Therefore, the temperature of dry hot air sterilization method is generally higher than that of wet heat sterilization method. In order to ensure the sterilization effect, it is generally stipulated that: 135 ℃ ~ 140 ℃ sterilization for 3 ~ 5h, 160 ℃ ~ 170 ℃ sterilization for 2 ~ 4h, 180 ℃ ~ 200 ℃ sterilization for 0.5 ~ 1H.
The stericell dry heat sterilization box can set specific procedures according to the needs of sterilization, so as to ensure the safety of sterilization. If the air outlet or sterilization box is opened during the sterilization process, the equipment will automatically alarm and terminate the sterilization process. At present, Germany MMM has launched a double door dry heat sterilization box (22L is not applicable).
